MoneyXP is a personal finance tracker — not a game. It is a serious financial management tool designed to help you take full control of your money. MoneyXP's core mission is to help its users develop money discipline, achieve more savings, and reach their life's financial goals.
To support this mission, MoneyXP includes a built-in gamification system — XP points, levels, coins, badges, challenges, and a Smart City builder. This system is not the purpose of the app; it is a motivational engine that activates and grows as you use the app. Every financial action you take — logging income, tracking expenses, paying bills on time, completing savings goals — earns you progress. The gamification is designed to reward good financial behaviour and keep you engaged with your finances consistently, because discipline built through habit is the foundation of financial freedom.

This Privacy Policy applies to the MoneyXP mobile application available on the Google Play Store (package: com.moneyxpstudio.moneyxp) and any related online pages hosted at moneyxp-legal.pages.dev, including this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions pages.
This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, where it is stored, and what your rights are as a user.
All financial data you enter into MoneyXP is stored locally on your device using Android's native local storage system. This includes:
MoneyXP does not transmit your personal financial records to Nipoli Labs servers. Limited technical data may be transmitted only where necessary for Google Play Billing verification, support communication, or access to our online policy pages, as explained below.
MoneyXP operates offline for all financial tracking features. There are no Nipoli Labs accounts to create, no Nipoli Labs sign-in required, and no Nipoli Labs cloud sync of your financial data.
Nipoli Labs does not automatically collect through the app:
We have no visibility into how you use the app, what you spend, what you earn, or what your financial situation is. Your data belongs entirely to you.
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, name if included, message content, and any information you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your support request. We do not use support emails for advertising and we do not sell this information.
If you attach receipt photos, those images are stored locally on your device as part of your MoneyXP data. Nipoli Labs does not receive or view your receipt photos. If Android asks for camera, photo, or file permission, it is used only to allow you to attach receipts, export backup files, restore backup files, or use related app features.
MoneyXP does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. Google Play may provide developers with limited app performance and crash information through Google Play services, subject to Google's own policies.
MoneyXP includes a built-in gamification system to motivate healthy financial habits. This includes XP points, levels (LV1 to LV10), gold coins, badges, savings goals, wishlists, fixed deposits, and a Smart City builder. All gamification data is stored locally on your device alongside your financial data.
MoneyXP provides a local backup feature that allows you to export all your data as a file saved directly to your device storage. This backup includes all financial records and gamification progress. MoneyXP does not offer cloud backup or Google Drive backup in this version.
Google Play Billing
Used exclusively to process MoneyXP Pro subscription payments ($4.99/month). Google Play handles all payment processing. Nipoli Labs does not receive, store, or process your payment card details. Your billing relationship is directly with Google. Google Play's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
Cloudflare Worker
A lightweight server-side function hosted on Cloudflare is used solely to verify your Google Play purchase token with Google's Play Developer API to securely confirm your Pro subscription status. Nipoli Labs does not use this process to access your financial records, track your spending, or build user profiles.
Cloudflare Pages
MoneyXP's online pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages at moneyxp-legal.pages.dev. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs as part of normal web hosting operations. Nipoli Labs does not access or use these logs. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies.
No advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, tracking pixels, or data brokers are included in MoneyXP.
MoneyXP Pro is available at $4.99/month. A 3-day free trial is available for eligible new users. During the free trial, you have access to all Pro features within the Free Plan limits (maximum 2 accounts and 25 transactions). After the free trial ends, all Pro features are locked and you must subscribe to MoneyXP Pro to regain access. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
MoneyXP is intended for users aged 18 and above. The app involves financial tracking and subscription billing which are not appropriate for minors.
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. The app does not target children and is not designed for use by minors. If you are under 18, please do not use this app. If you believe a minor has used MoneyXP, please contact us at moneyxp.support@gmail.com.
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, it is your responsibility to protect it.
We strongly recommend backing up your data regularly via Settings → Backup Data and before any of the above actions.
